ROMRx is a product of ROMRx LLC, an Ohio limited liability company with a principal place of business in Dublin, Ohio. When we say "we," "us," or "ROMRx," we mean ROMRx LLC.
These Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy are a company-wide agreement. They cover ROMRx Base, ROMRx+BJJ, ROMRx+BodyBuilding, and other current or future ROMRx products and sport packs offered by ROMRx LLC, whether you access them at romrx.io, romrxbjj.com, romrxbodybuilding.com, or another ROMRx site or app.
ROMRx is currently in Beta. Features, pricing, protocols, and availability may change without notice. ROMRx Base is free through December 31, 2026. Billing for Base starts January 1, 2027. Sport packs are optional add-ons on top of Base and are billed separately when you subscribe to them.
Base costs $60 per year starting January 1, 2027. It is free through December 31, 2026. A card is required at signup. Base renews every year until you cancel. Sport packs (ROMRx+BJJ, ROMRx+Bodybuilding) are $149 per year each, added on top of Base, and renew every year until you cancel. Canceling Base also cancels your sport packs. Canceling ends your access right away. There are no refunds after a charge, except where the law requires one.
ROMRx is a fitness and mobility tool, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a licensed medical professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. ROMRx does not diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any disease. If a protocol causes pain beyond normal training discomfort, stop and see a professional.
Training involves risk of injury, including serious injury. ROMRx gives general information about range of motion. It does not tell you whether a position, technique or lift is safe for you. It does not replace advice from a licensed professional or a qualified coach. Readiness colors, AT RISK and ELITE labels are not medical clearance and do not predict injury. You choose what you do, and you train at your own risk. Stop and get medical help if you feel pain beyond normal training discomfort. To the fullest extent the law allows, ROMRx LLC is not responsible for injuries that happen while you train. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
ROMBot is an in-app assistant in ROMRx Base. It is limited to questions about the ROMRx product and your assessment results and plan. It is not a general-purpose AI chatbot. It is not a human coach, doctor, or therapist. Answers may be incomplete or wrong. ROMBot is not medical advice. Do not use it for emergencies or for diagnosis or treatment decisions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Sport-pack subscriptions renew annually until canceled. Cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect immediately. Your access ends when you cancel, and you will not be charged again.

All sales are final.
Except where required by law, ROMRx LLC does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for any fees paid for ROMRx Base, sport packs, or other ROMRx products, including unused portions of an annual term or after you cancel.
Cancel any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your access ends immediately and future renewals stop. Canceling does not entitle you to a refund of any charge already made unless the law requires one.
If you believe a charge was unauthorized or made in error, contact us at hello@romrx.io promptly so we can review it.
The ROMRx assessment engine, Readiness Protocols, technique-to-joint mappings, ROMBot, and all associated trademarks and content are the exclusive property of ROMRx LLC. You get a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or organizationally licensed use.

Other names used on the site may also be trademarks of ROMRx LLC. Leaving a name off this list does not waive our rights in it. Do not use our marks without written permission.
You retain ownership of the personal data you enter. By using ROMRx you grant us a license to process that data to deliver the service and to include your anonymized, aggregated ROM data in the platform's ongoing improvement.
ROMRx is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROMRx LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect for existing subscribers.
Account data: name, email, password hash, and demographics you choose to provide (for example age and sex or gender, and related height/weight ranges when collected).
Assessment and progress data: ROM joint markers, scores, tiers, session logs, and reassessment history so we can show improvement over time.
Engagement data: login and usage events, survey and in-app feedback responses, which sport packs you enable, and subscription or entitlement state.
ROMBot chats: if you are signed in, we save your ROMBot messages and ROMBot's replies so you can see your chat history. We delete them after 90 days, or sooner if you delete your account. If you are not signed in, we do not save them.
Billing data: handled by Stripe. We never see your full card details.
Investor and partner inquiries. If you use our investor form, we collect your name, email, firm, investment stage, and your notes. If you use our partner form, we collect your name, email, brand or company, website, product category, how you want to partner, and your notes. We also record which form you used and when you submitted it. We email each submission to our team through Resend and use it only to reply to you. We do not store your IP address, cookies, or tracking tags with your submission. These pages also show our cookie banner, described above. We keep submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. To have your submission deleted sooner, email privacy@romrx.io.
To deliver the service, personalize your protocol, send the emails you signed up for, improve the product, measure our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads as described in Who we share it with, and for product research that uses anonymized or aggregated data (including future studies when we publish only non-identifying results). We do not sell your personal data.
We use service providers necessary to run the service: Supabase (database), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), Google Workspace (support inbox), and OpenAI (to generate ROMBot answers). Notion, where we keep a copy of feedback you send us, including your email address, in our team workspace. Google Analytics, which we use on some of our sites to count visits and see how pages are used.
When you use ROMBot, we send your message, recent messages in that chat, and parts of your ROMRx profile and results (such as your first and last name, readiness levels, focus areas, and plan) to OpenAI to create an answer. If you use ROMBot as a coach, we also send information about your active athletes (such as their names, belts, readiness levels, and priority joints) so ROMBot can answer questions about your team. We set our requests so OpenAI does not store them as saved conversations. OpenAI's API terms say it does not use this data to train its models by default. We do not send your age, gender, or injury notes to ROMBot.
For measurement of our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads, we may share limited event and identifier data with Meta Platforms, Inc. That can include browser or device signals (such as page URL, IP address, and browser type), cookie or click identifiers (such as _fbp and _fbc when present), and conversion events (such as page view or signup). We send some of those events from your browser (Meta Pixel) and some from our servers (Conversions API).
We do not sell your personal data. The Meta measurement sharing described above may be treated as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California and similar state privacy laws. You can opt out as described in Your rights.
We do not share your assessment ROM scores, protocol details, or other health-adjacent workout data with Meta for ads.
You can request a full export of your data, or full deletion, by emailing privacy@romrx.io. We respond within 30 days. When you ask us to delete your data, we delete your account and the personal information tied to you. Data that has already been anonymized or combined so it no longer identifies you, such as group statistics in past reports, may be kept.
We do not sell your personal information. Sometimes we use limited data so people who can really use ROMRx can find us, including measuring our ads. California privacy law may call that a "sale" or "share." The Don't Sell or Share My Personal Information control turns those uses off. Prefer email? Write privacy@romrx.io with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) where we are required to.
We keep a record of your ad sharing choice (Accept, Decline, Do Not Sell or Share, or a Global Privacy Control signal). The record includes the choice, how you made it, the date, which version of our notice you saw, a random ID for your browser, and your account ID if you are signed in. It does not include your IP address. We use it only to honor your choice and to show that we did, and we do not share it with Meta or other advertisers. We keep each record for 24 months. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove the link to your account but keep the choice itself until those 24 months run out.
If you are in the EU or UK, you have GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. Where EU or UK law requires consent before ads cookies or similar technologies, we will ask for that consent before loading the Meta Pixel or sending matching Conversions API events.
We use first-party cookies and similar technologies for authentication and preferences so you can stay signed in and keep basic site settings.
When ads measurement is allowed under Your rights (and, for EU or UK visitors, after required consent), we also use Meta Pixel cookies and related identifiers for advertising measurement. Those commonly include _fbp and _fbc on our domain, and may involve Meta receiving browser event data. We may also send matching conversion events from our servers through Meta's Conversions API.
If you opt out of sale or sharing (or withhold EU/UK ads consent), we will not load the Meta Pixel and we will not send new Pixel or Conversions API measurement events for you to Meta. Essential auth and preference cookies still work.
Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms. Data in transit uses TLS. Data at rest lives in Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps.
ROMRx is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.
Some information you give us counts as consumer health data in some states, such as your range-of-motion results, body measurements, and anything you enter in My Fuel. We collect it only to give you the service you asked for. We do not sell it. We do not share it with advertisers. You can ask to see it or delete it at privacy@romrx.io. We keep it until you delete your account or ask us to delete it.
