ROMRx is a product of ROMRx LLC, an Indiana limited liability company with a principal place of business in Greenwood, Indiana. When we say "we," "us," or "ROMRx," we mean ROMRx LLC.
ROMRx is currently in Beta. Features, pricing, protocols, and availability may change without notice. Beta users get grandfathered access to the base ROMRx dashboard at no cost during Beta, but paid sport packs remain paid.
ROMRx is a fitness and mobility tool, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a licensed medical professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. ROMRx does not diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any disease. If a protocol causes pain beyond normal training discomfort, stop and see a professional.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Sport-pack subscriptions renew annually until canceled. Cancel any time from your account settings, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of an annual term, except where required by law.
The ROMRx assessment engine, Readiness Protocols, technique-to-joint mappings, ROMBot™, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of ROMRx LLC. You get a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the software for personal (or organizationally-licensed) use.
You retain ownership of the personal data you enter. By using ROMRx you grant us a license to process that data to deliver the service and to include your anonymized, aggregated ROM data in the platform's ongoing improvement.
ROMRx is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROMRx LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect for existing subscribers.
Account data: name, email, password hash. Assessment data: ROM scores, session logs, subjective inputs (soreness, energy, etc.). Usage data: pages visited, features used, device type. Billing data: handled by Stripe, we never see your card details.
To deliver the service, personalize your Readiness Protocol, send you the emails you signed up for, improve the platform, and (in aggregated, anonymized form only) to refine sport-pack accuracy.
Only sub-processors necessary to run the service: Supabase (database), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), and Google Workspace (support inbox). We do not sell your data. We do not share personally identifiable data with advertisers.
You can request a full export of your data, or full deletion, by emailing privacy@romrx.io. We respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you have GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. If you're in California, you have CCPA rights of access and deletion.
We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for authentication and preferences. No third-party ad-tracking cookies.
Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms. Data in transit uses TLS. Data at rest lives in Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps.
ROMRx is not directed to users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
